01 / Homes and businesses

Power for the places you depend on.

The right backup plan starts with the property: how it is used, what should keep running, and what kind of outage protection makes sense. We help homeowners and businesses talk through those choices before selecting equipment.

Home standby

Comfort, security, convenience.

A permanently installed automatic standby system can support selected essential circuits or broader household coverage. We start by understanding what you want to keep available during an outage, then plan the generator and electrical work around your home's needs.

Business standby

Power for your operation.

For a business, backup priorities may include critical equipment, refrigeration, security, communications, or other operational needs. We discuss how your site works day to day and help plan coverage with the electrical system and project requirements in view.

03 / Service and support

Ready when you need it.

A standby generator needs regular service to help keep it ready to operate. ElectricAce provides generator maintenance, repair, and factory service support, including systems installed by other providers. We can help you understand service needs for the equipment you own and the manufacturer's guidance for its care.

Maintenance

Routine annual service and system checks help address maintenance needs before an outage. Keep records and follow the maintenance schedule for your specific equipment.

Repair and factory service

If your generator shows an alarm, fails to start, or needs repair, contact the ElectricAce team. We can discuss next steps and support for the system and its manufacturer warranty.

04 / Qualifying systems

12-year PowerPro warranty.

Qualifying generator systems installed by ElectricAce may be eligible for the 12-year PowerPro coverage program. The first 10 years pass through the manufacturer's limited warranty. Years 11 and 12 are a separate ElectricAce Loyalty Bonus providing parts and labor coverage, subject to the agreement's terms.

The two-year bonus requires an active paid Maintenance Membership and ElectricAce-performed required annual maintenance for the full 12-year period. Eligibility, covered components, exclusions, and other conditions are defined in the applicable agreement. Ask us to confirm whether a system qualifies and review the terms before making a decision.

We discuss available generator equipment and service options around the property, the loads you want to support, and the manufacturer's requirements.
